3 Reasons Why I would prefer Chat over a Phone Call       

 

1.  Ease of Time : On week days I usually get free by 9 pm or so. I do not feel comfortable in talking to a complete stranger inquiring about product and negotiating its price. 2. Ease of Negotiation : I am a shy person by nature and this shyness increases manifold when it comes to interact with strangers. I remember many a times I hesitated in negotiating price with a seller, either because of my shyness or ego. I know I am not the only one with this syndrome. But chat is a good option to shed such inhibitions and come out openly for a healthy bargaining. 

3. Better Understanding of the product:  Details like model number, date of purchase and technical specifications are easy to be communicated on chat than over a phone call. You can be more precise in asking the queries and get accurate replies as chat messages on either your phone or desktop. After thorough research on chat option you can spare the final word of deal on the phone.
