Guest Photo Blogger for Gwalior Plus.com

NeoImaginations
It was a moment of proud and celebration when Gwalior Plus acknowledged my work on Gwalior Shilp Mela 2013 and approached me to be the guest Blogger for their website. I humbly accepted the call and offered my work to them. I posted this blog in Jan 13 and while compiling and working on this post I never imagined that it would become one of the most successful post of my blog. This post was appreciated and promoted  by the honorable  Collector of Gwalior Mr P Nar Hari (IAS). I extend my gratitude to all the readers who made it a success. Without you guys " Neoimaginations "  would just be a solitude imagination. Thank you all for helping me in realizing my dream.

THRU MY LENS “GWALIOR SHILP MELA 2013″ – By P Pradeep

Dear Readers, With immense pleasure, I would like to present to you our Guest Blogger –P Pradeep. He is a technology Expert by Profession but carries passion for Creative Writing too. His Blog  ”Neoimaginations” is just a result of that compulsive desire to write about people, places and life.
In his own words – “The Photography came later as i wanted to bridge the gap between what i saw and what I wrote. I  know nothing about Photography but I am trying my hands at it. May be someday I can click the most desired pictures of this beautiful creation of God.
I am not a stream-line writer and very random in my subjects of writing. Thus i write anything under the sky from satire to critical appreciation, from poems to reviews. I believe that Sharing is a law of nature. So i like to share my views, ideas, anger and happiness to people who are walking with the same wavelength of thought”
Welcome Pradeep !! We sincerely hope you will enjoy your Journey with Gwalior Plus. Over to Pradeep now :
It was my rapacious desire to present Gwalior Shilp Mela through my lens. As am counting my fag end days  in Gwalior clicking this vibrant, colorful and photogenic fair was simply inevitable. I chose slanting sun (post afternoon hrs) to visit this historical mela. The feel of this shilp mela is great and you can find a variety of handicrafts made through generations displayed for sale and exhibition. Artist from all over the country participate in  Shilp Mela to make it one of the most sought after places in Gwalior. I personally feel it is poorly promoted by Madhya Pradesh Tourism. It deserves much better crowds and visitors. So am doing my bit to respect the art and skill of those million people who work hard all over the years to bring this spectacular show before us. The photographs are my own hard clicked snaps to give you an eagle eye view of the fair. I hope the peep through my lens would excite you enough to make it a trip to Gwalior and witness  the magic through your own pair of eyes. I invite your comments as i love to read what you feel about my work no matter  it comes in the form of a complaint. But do comment.
